I’m Joanne Garlich. I am a licensed psychotherapist in Minneapolis and I provide individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I specialize in working with individuals who are looking to reduce their stress, anxiety, or depression. I also work with individuals in the LGBTQ community. In addition, I offer guided relaxation, which can be combined with talk therapy or provided as a stand-alone service. My calm, caring, and non-judgmental approach to psychotherapy creates a safe environment for you to feel heard and validated. You will learn new ways to cope, take steps to regain balance in your life, and find a needed sense of relief and hope. My office is conveniently located in South Minneapolis, and evening and weekend hours are available.
