    Our Workout

    Each POWER HOUR is led by motivating trainers who will inspire and challenge you. You’ll be part of a group class, but quickly realize that it’s your own personal workout for you to do at your own personal pace. Each class starts with a 15 minute warm up to get you going. Then it’s time to put on real boxing gloves and hit your own heavy bag in countless, trainer led combinations for 8 3-minute rounds. The workout winds down with 15 minutes of focused core and stretching. You’ll leave feeling empowered and exhilarated!
